As digital partners with AIB we were challenged to re-envision the bank's online portals. We were required to create a user focused banking environment, which supports and anticipates customer needs.

As leaders in the digital banking revolution they also called on our skills for the development and roll out of The Lab in Dundrum Shopping Centre, a next generation banking experience.
We determined that the AIB personal and business websites needed to be reorganised as user and task focused rather than product focused. They also needed to be designed for multi-device use. We believed this would help drive self-service and customer applications.
A new task based navigation and user focused content strategy was key to achieving a streamlined, responsive website. By reducing clutter and introducing clarity, along with a mobile friendly design, we improved user experience dramatically.
The Social Hub pulls together AIB's social media feeds, videos, blogs, and other content in one location on the personal banking website. The hub is a key area for users to view and engage with AIB across a range of platforms and tools including Live Chat.
We worked closely with AIB and Accenture to launch their ground breaking banking experience at The Lab in Dundrum Shopping Centre. This retail style store encourages users to explore AIB's products and services through current and concept banking technology. Our challenge was to adapt and integrate the personal and business banking websites and content across the range of devices and touchscreen technology being used.
When AIB approached us to redesign their exclusive private banking service we knew they required a standout experience targeted at this niche audience. The result is quietly luxurious and unlike any other banking website within the AIB Group.
