Simon Walsh

Managing Director

Simon is the founder and Managing Director of Webfactory. Having established the company more than 20 years ago he has steered it to become Ireland's largest, award-winning, dedicated digital agency. His focus on strategic innovation and interaction design within large scale corporate projects has earned Webfactory its formidable reputation. As MD, Simon works closely with many of Ireland's blue chip companies who wish to innovate and drive their digital business strategies forward.


Stephen Murphy

Commercial Director

Moving from his previous position as Director of Strategy, Stephen is responsible for Webfactory's overall commercial health. He is highly experienced in delivering complex commercial digital projects to a range of clients across many industries. He focuses on building deep partnerships with clients and working with them to develop digital strategies with tangible and measurable return on investment.


Derek Brady

Creative Director

As Creative Director of Webfactory Derek guides and evolves the agency's creative vision. He has driven Webfactory's hallmark of combining world-class creativity with breakthrough technology for over a decade. His methodologies deliver user-centred experiences which integrate seamlessly into consumers’ lives. Through his leadership and direction the Webfactory creative team has originated groundbreaking and award-winning work for our clients.


Marianne Herbert

Operations Director

As Operations Director Marianne leads and delivers client projects while managing and streamlining the agency's ways of working. Her expertise in internet based projects, operations and project management has been earned through years of work on some of Ireland's largest web projects. This means she can offer flexibility and deep knowledge to our clients in order to achieve their business goals and requirements.


Mark Wright

Technical Director

Mark plays a key role in ensuring our clients' technical and development requirements are clearly understood and implemented by our development team. He brings his long experience as a senior developer and technical architect to bear on complex customer solutions. Together with the development team he enables clients to push more of their business online, in more sophisticated ways.
